Order Processing
We set up an order line and staff it from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. We take orders and process them according to your specifications (e.g. forwarding order to a storage facility, coordination with a wholesaler and preparation of delivery slips). You don´t miss any orders, because no matter where you are or what you do, your order line is always staffed.

Accounting
We handle the preparation and mailing of your invoices.
To your customers we offer an information hotline for questions about payments (e.g. double payments). On request we can monitor incoming payments. We prepare late notices. In case of non-payment and after confirmation with you, we can forward unpaid invoices to your attorney or a reputable collection service. You really don´t have to deal with any of this.

Bookkeeping of Ongoing Business Activities
We do administration and bookkeeping of your ongoing business activities. We prepare and track your invoices. If required, we can handle the payroll accounting for your employees and temps. Via a DATEV interface we can transfer this data to your tax accountant for use in business statistics and ledger preparation.
